IPChain to launch world’s first intellectual ppty exchange soon
MOSCOW, Oct 19 (PRIME) -- Russia’s IPChain, a national center processing transactions with rights and objects of intellectual property, will launch a pilot of the world’s first intellectual property exchange IPEX by 2019 and the country’s first digital crediting platform CO-FI, the association said on Friday in a statement.
“CO-FI is a platform that can be joined by investors and banks that can hand over money on fulfilment of creative or high-tech projects with a share in a future product or a creative product used as collateral. In essence, the platform unites those who have ideas with those who have money,” President of the Intellectual Property Association Sergei Matveyev said.
IPEX will trade and license any results of intellectual property and it will enable a potential buyer and a seller to interrelate directly in the digital space without middlemen.
